Site inspection/design
- Arrange staff from the engineering department and marketing department to go to the site to take photos and understand the factory conditions
- Arrange for the initial marketing staff to understand the bidding documents
- Engineering staff will provide technical advice when necessary
- Determine participation in bidding and its strategies
