For electric vehicle owners to enjoy the fun of electric vehicles, we have integrated customer questions about electric vehicle chargers.
Monthly Charging Plan
The payment of service is based on the fixed monthly fee of the plan you have selected.
The electricity cost generated by the electric vehicle charging device is already included in the monthly service fee of the plan you have selected.
After deducting all expenses at the end of the contract, any remaining deposit will be refunded to the customer.
Application Procedure
Please provide us with your address and pre-register (non-contractually binding). NaaS HK will contact your building management office and owners' corporation within 7 to 14 working days to discuss the installation of electric vehicle chargers in the shortest possible time.
The applicant can be either the registered owner of the installation address or someone who has been authorized by the registered owner of the parking space.
We provide a variety of electric vehicle charging solutions suitable for different scenarios. A feasibility check will be conducted.
Generally speaking, NaaS HK will work with the relevant owners' corporations and building management offices to handle their respective application procedures. However, the management office or owners' corporation of individual housing estates may have the opportunity to raise different application process standards and tram charging issues, which may require the cooperation of users.
Customers can move their electric vehicle charging service, provided that the new address is within the coverage area of the available service and is either the registered owner of the installation address or has obtained formal authorization from the registered owner of the parking space.
If the service area becomes unavailable in the near future (more than 3 months), customers will be allowed to terminate the electric vehicle charging service and an administrative fee may be charged.
If a customer terminates the contract early during the commitment period of a monthly fee plan, the early termination fee is (monthly service fee x remaining months in commitment period).
Installation Matters
The estimated driving distance of an electric vehicle depends on the car's design and battery capacity. Some electric vehicle manufacturers claim that their electric vehicles can travel up to 500 kilometers on a single charge.
This depends on the results of the site survey conducted by our professional technical consultant.
Each service plan can only be used for the registered license plate number at the time of application.
The time to install an electric vehicle charger varies depending on the complexity of the project and the nature of the installation. Generally speaking, if your housing estate is within NaaS HK coverage, installation time will take approximately 7 to 14 working days.
Please provide the parking lot floor plan, wiring diagram, and periodic test certificate (form WR2) so that we can arrange a site inspection.
Charging Facilities
A medium-speed charger will be provided. The charging current specification for the service plan is single-phase 32A.
The actual charging performance will depend on many factors, including the electric vehicle model and its factory settings, the condition of the vehicle, the battery, and the available electrical capacity of the parking lot.
Yes, please follow the usage instructions attached at the time of registration.
All of our installed equipment complies with relevant safety standards and has been certified. The electrical installation is also designed in accordance with the guidelines of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department to ensure individual protection.
Our electric vehicle charging equipment complies with the IP54 protection level of the International Electrotechnical Commission.
